Hong Kong chef is a small hole in the wall restaurant; it doesn't stand out when you're driving down the street. The food served here is authentic Americanized-Chinese food. Most popular dishes would include or orange chicken, seafood pan-fried noodles, wonton soup, Mongolian beef, and shrimp fried rice. What makes this restaurant unique is its ingredients; it is packed with flavor; it isn't heavy or overbearing. Many Californians have eaten much Americanized-Chinese food, but Hong Kong chef does not compare it is not greasy, or fatty, or ordinary!
